Dr. Golpa made the decision to sell the G4 brand and practices with the sincere belief that the transaction would be a true partnership—one that combined his clinical leadership, innovation, and patient-first philosophy with the resources and infrastructure of a larger organization. The goal was to responsibly expand access to advanced full-mouth solutions and same-day smile restoration while preserving the standards and values that built the G4 name. It was never his intention to step away from patients, his team, or the level of care that defined the practice. Dr. Golpa has dedicated his career to helping people restore their confidence and quality of life through advanced dental implant care, and that mission has never changed. Over time, however, it became clear that operating within a large corporate structure did not allow him to remain as directly involved in patient care and clinical decision-making as he believed was essential. While the experience ultimately unfolded differently than he had envisioned, the decision to sell was made thoughtfully and in good faith, driven by optimism, growth, and a genuine desire to help more patients.
