A Second Chance at Life — Forever Grateful to Dr. Golpa

Eleven years ago, I came to the United States from Malaysia with my natural teeth and braces, never imagining how difficult my dental journey was about to become.

Soon after arriving, I developed severe gum inflammation and infection. I went from one dental office to another looking for help, but the answers I received left me feeling more hopeless each time. I was told that my case was so severe that if my braces were removed, I could potentially lose most of my teeth. Some dentists suggested individual implants, but there were no guarantees about the outcome, how long the process would take, or how much it would ultimately cost.

I was devastated. I became depressed and withdrew from my social life. I was embarrassed by my condition and felt like I had lost a part of myself.

Then, one morning after a sleepless night, I came across Dr. Golpa’s Las Vegas website and read about his 24 hours permanent implant procedure. Honestly, it sounded almost too good to be true. I called the office, and they patiently guided me through the process. After submitting my recent X-rays, I was incredibly fortunate to learn that I was a candidate for the procedure.

My husband and I flew to Las Vegas to meet Dr. Golpa. From the very first meeting, he was not only an exceptional surgeon, but also a true gentleman—kind, compassionate, and genuinely interested in understanding what I had been going through.

The staff here is incredible and go out of their way to accommodate and make sure you are comfortable and your experience is the best possible! My wife is SO happy with her teeth and Golpa office ensures she stays happy and her teeth are very well taken care of. They have made same day appointments when possible to perform and checks she needed for any concerns. Highly recommended!

DR GOLPAAAA! LOVE HIM! ❤️ He did my teeth so great and made them so white when he put this special white liquid on it that he called his "homemade special sauce" it tasted salty too which is always a plus haha 😂, he gave extreme attention to detail and kept touching my lips to get the accurate measurements for when I next come in, can't wait to see him again. He said he'll give me a happy ending at the end of our next appointment whatever that means, hopefully it's a nice surprise! Will see you in a few weeks Dr Golpa!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ 😁

I, for one, can't square the less than stellar (although few) reviews for this company. I had my initial implants and bridges done over 7 years ago and although one of the top implants proved problematical and had to be redone twice, I was never treated with less than total respect. Until recently I have been back twice yearly for cleaning and xrays with never a mention of additional charges. Two years ago we moved farther away and I changed my routine to only visiting Dr Golpa's office once a year for the bridge removal cleaning and xrays and I have a local dentist near our home do the in place cleaning at the opposite intervals. Yesterday I had an appointment with Dr Golpa's office to replace and upgrade my bridges. They took xrays, digital images and impressions, I met with the lab technician to discuss specific requests and right now I am in my hotel waiting for a call to come in to have my new (nanoceramic) bridges installed.

I want to repeat: in all of my many many visits in the past 7+ years I have never been treated as other than a valuable customer by everyone I came in contact with from office staff to Doctors and technicians.

I came in yesterday for my consultation. I want to say thank you to Dr. Golpa and his staff for giving me such a wonderful experience. Everybody took the time to listen to my questions and provide me with answers that I could understand. And I was willing to pay the fees for the examination. Of course these films are going to be used as part of my treatment plan. How is Dr. Golpa suppose to understand what he needs to do without the dental scans. I understand that making a primary diagnosis without looking at x-rays is like trying to set a broken arm without any picture of the broken bone itself. I am looking forward to the day I can schedule to have my new teeth.

Years later, still the best decision I have made.

Recently I went in for my yearly checkup and they saw a fairly minor issue that I was not even aware of. No fuss, no up-sale, I got a new, upgraded set of teeth a little early.

Golpa stands behind his work in a way that almost no other business can touch. He's like the Land's End of Dental Implants, for those of you New Englander's who can relate.

One of the bonuses I have yet to mention is that by having a full set of teeth, its helped me maintain my jawline better and have a more youthful fuller facial structure.

I know a lot of people out there will think I was paid for this, or how can it possibly be that good. 2 days in and out, full set of perfect teeth. Because you simply have not been given all the information.

Meanwhile I personally know people who have spent 50k+ and 2 years or more of painful procedures for what they think is the gold standard of full dental implant tooth by tooth. And yet, they still need to have them repaired and corrected every few years for thousands more. Get over yourself and your misconceptions and give Golpa 1 hour to explain it all. I was not paid and I am a highly critical person (just check my other reviews :) If Golpa was not the gold standard, I promise this review would read very differently, especially given the expense which was far less than 50k, but worth far more IMHO.

I have been a client of Dr. Golpa for many years. From the very first day I was treated with respect and was informed of exactly what to expect. The surgery was flawless and shockingly painless. Except for a little swelling I had absolutely no pain.

Over the years I have chipped a tooth once and the entire bridge was replaced immediately.

I have seen the commercials on TV for all of the copycats who claim to do the same procedure

Go to Dr. Golpa. You will be treated by the absolute best in the business.
