1. CONTEST OVERVIEW

THE NEXT FACE OF GX (“Contest”) is a nationwide video audition, personality, and spokesperson competition sponsored by Golpa Smile of Las Vegas LLC.

The Contest is designed to discover individuals with compelling personal stories, engaging personalities, confidence, creativity, authenticity, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with audiences.

Contestants do not need an existing social media following, professional acting experience, or prior spokesperson experience.

The Contest offers two separate awards with a combined maximum advertised value of up to $85,000, consisting of up to $60,000 in dental services and a separate $25,000 compensated spokesperson opportunity. The latter is payment for contracted services, not an unconditional cash prize.

Award One — GX Smile Transformation

A complimentary full-mouth GX Implant Procedure involving both upper and lower arches, including premium zirconia restorations where clinically appropriate, subject to individual clinical eligibility. The estimated retail value is up to $60,000; actual services and value depend on the clinically determined treatment plan.

Award Two — $25,000 GX Spokesperson Contract

A paid promotional spokesperson opportunity with total contractual compensation of $25,000, subject to execution of a written services agreement and performance of the contracted services. This is not an unconditional cash prize.

One contestant may receive both awards, or the awards may be presented to two different contestants.

Ten finalists will be selected through a combination of verified public voting and evaluation by the GX judging panel.

Final award recipients will be selected by Sponsor following finalist interviews, further evaluation, and applicable eligibility verification.

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, Contest judges, and individuals directly involved in administering the Contest, together with their immediate family members and household members, are ineligible.

Contestants must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.

Each contestant must have the legal capacity to enter the Contest and execute any applicable award documents.

Eligibility for the GX Smile Transformation is subject to separate clinical evaluation. Entering the Contest or becoming a finalist does not establish clinical eligibility for dental implant treatment.

Individuals who do not require dental treatment may compete for the spokesperson award.

No purchase, consultation, treatment commitment, deposit, or payment is required to enter or win.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Contestants must enter through the official ViralSweep Contest page during the published Entry Period.

To submit a valid entry, contestants must:

  1. Complete the required Contest registration fields.
  2. Submit an original video audition of no more than five minutes (300 seconds).
  3. Agree to these Official Rules and the required submission authorizations.
  4. Submit their completed entry before the published deadline.

Each contestant may submit one audition entry. Sponsor may permit a correction or replacement when reasonably necessary, provided that the contestant does not obtain an unfair advantage.

Videos must not exceed 500 MB.

Supported upload formats include MP4, MOV, WEBM, AVI, WMV, FLV, MPEG, 3GPP, 3G2, and MKV. MP4 is recommended.

Contestants are encouraged to introduce themselves, share their personal stories, demonstrate their personalities, and explain why they would make an outstanding representative of GX.

Auditions may be humorous, inspirational, emotional, creative, or straightforward.

Professional production quality is not required. Judging will focus on the contestant rather than expensive filming equipment or professional editing.

Incomplete, late, corrupted, or otherwise invalid entries may be rejected.

4. VIDEO CONTENT AND SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Audition videos must be original and created or lawfully submitted by the contestant.

Contestants must possess the necessary rights and permissions for any music, photographs, video footage, artwork, or other material included in their submissions.

Videos must not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate material.

Videos must not violate the privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights of third parties.

Contestants must obtain permission from identifiable individuals appearing in their submissions.

Sponsor may review submissions before publishing them in the Contest gallery.

Sponsor reserves the right to reject, remove, or request corrections to submissions that violate these Rules.

Submission of an audition does not guarantee publication, finalist status, or selection for an award.

5. PUBLIC VOTING

Approved contestant videos may be displayed in the official public voting gallery.

The Public Voting Period begins October 19, 2026 and ends January 19, 2027, at the published closing time.

Members of the public may watch approved auditions and vote for their preferred contestants according to the voting frequency and verification requirements established on the official Contest platform.

Contestants are encouraged to promote their auditions, share their voting links, and invite friends, family, followers, and other supporters to participate.

Public sharing and audience engagement are important elements of the Contest.

However, public votes represent only one component of the overall preliminary judging score.

Public voting accounts for 50% of the preliminary score used to select the ten finalists.

The remaining 50% is determined by the GX judging panel.

No bonus entries, referral points, wildcard positions, or additional finalist positions are offered.

Voting Integrity

The following activities are prohibited:

  • Automated voting, bots, scripts, or artificial vote generation.
  • Purchasing votes or paying third parties to manipulate voting results.
  • Creating fictitious identities or fraudulent voting accounts.
  • Circumventing voting limits or verification requirements.
  • Interfering with the voting activity of another contestant.
  • Coordinated fraudulent voting or other manipulation of Contest results.

Sponsor may investigate suspicious voting patterns, invalidate fraudulent votes, and disqualify participants responsible for deliberate manipulation.

Receiving the highest number of public votes does not automatically guarantee selection as a finalist or an award recipient.

6. OFFICIAL JUDGING CRITERIA

THE NEXT FACE OF GX is a talent, personality, and spokesperson competition intended to identify individuals who can inspire audiences and effectively represent GX by Dr. Golpa.

Each eligible contestant will receive a preliminary score based on the following criteria:

Judging Criteria

Weight

Verified public voting results

50%

On-camera personality, confidence, and presence

20%

Communication skills and storytelling

15%

Creativity, authenticity, and audience connection

10%

Suitability for representing GX by Dr. Golpa

5%

TOTAL

100%

Public Voting Score

The contestant receiving the highest number of valid, verified public votes will receive the maximum 50 voting points.

Other contestants will receive proportional voting points using the following calculation:

Contestant’s Verified Votes ÷ Highest Verified Vote Total × 50

If no valid votes are recorded, the voting component will be scored equally for all eligible contestants.

Only votes accepted as valid under the Contest’s published voting procedures will count.

Judging Panel Score

The GX judging panel will independently evaluate eligible auditions according to the published criteria.

Judges may consider how effectively a contestant communicates, connects with viewers, demonstrates personality, presents a compelling story, and shows potential to represent GX in advertising and promotional productions.

Judging is based on demonstrated ability and suitability, not merely existing follower counts.

The judging panel’s scores will comprise a maximum of 50 points.

Combined Preliminary Score

Each contestant’s preliminary score will be calculated by combining the public voting score and the judging panel score.

The maximum possible preliminary score is 100 points.

In the event of a tie affecting finalist selection, the contestant with the higher judging panel score will rank higher. If the tie remains, the contestant with the higher on-camera personality score will rank higher. Any remaining tie will be resolved by the judging panel using the published criteria.

Judging records and verified voting totals will be maintained for Contest administration and review.

7. SELECTION OF TEN FINALISTS

The ten eligible contestants receiving the highest combined preliminary scores will advance as finalists, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules.

Finalists are scheduled to be announced on February 2, 2027.

Sponsor may contact potential finalists to verify their identities, confirm eligibility, request additional information, and arrange interviews.

Potential finalists must respond within the reasonable deadline stated in their official notification.

A contestant who cannot be contacted, fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, or refuses required verification may be replaced by the next highest-ranked eligible contestant.

Finalist selection does not guarantee receipt of either award.

8. FINALIST INTERVIEWS AND FINAL AWARD SELECTION

Following announcement of the ten finalists, Sponsor will conduct additional evaluations.

Finalists may be asked to participate in interviews, camera auditions, virtual meetings, or other reasonable assessments relevant to the awards.

The final award selection process is separate from the preliminary scoring process used to determine the ten finalists.

GX Spokesperson Selection

The spokesperson recipient will be selected by Dr. Mike Golpa and the GX judging panel based on the finalist’s communication ability, on-camera presence, personality, authenticity, professionalism, creativity, and overall suitability for representing GX.

The panel may also consider the finalist’s ability and willingness to fulfill the requirements of the written spokesperson agreement.

GX Smile Transformation Selection

The GX Smile Transformation recipient will be selected based on the finalist’s personal story, overall Contest evaluation, and clinical eligibility.

Clinical eligibility will be determined by qualified treating professionals and will not be decided by public voting.

The final selection of award recipients rests with Sponsor and its designated judging panel, applying these Rules in good faith.

Preliminary public voting scores do not control the final award decisions.

9. AWARD ONE — GX SMILE TRANSFORMATION

One selected recipient will receive a complimentary full-mouth GX Implant Procedure involving both the upper and lower dental arches.

The award includes premium zirconia restorations for both arches where clinically appropriate. The estimated retail value of the dental services is up to $60,000. The actual treatment, and therefore its retail value, cannot be determined in advance because clinical needs vary by patient. The $60,000 figure is an estimated maximum, not a guaranteed amount of services or cash value.

Treatment may include extractions, implant placement, provisional restorations, and final restorations as determined by the treating clinical team.

The precise treatment plan will be established following an examination, diagnostic imaging, medical-history review, and any required medical clearance.

Dr. Mike Golpa and the treating clinical team retain full professional authority over diagnosis, treatment recommendations, implant selection, materials, surgical planning, anesthesia, and treatment delivery.

Clinical Eligibility

The recipient must be medically and dentally eligible for the proposed treatment.

Certain medical conditions, medications, anatomical limitations, or other clinical considerations may affect eligibility or require modifications to treatment.

Sponsor does not guarantee that any contestant will qualify for implant treatment.

Sponsor does not guarantee a specific number of implants, treatment schedule, aesthetic result, or clinical outcome.

If the selected recipient is not clinically eligible for the GX Implant Procedure, Sponsor may select an alternate eligible finalist using the published award-selection criteria.

Award Limitations

The GX Smile Transformation is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The recipient is not entitled to the difference between the value of services actually provided and the estimated maximum value of $60,000.

Treatment is limited to the services determined to be included in the recipient’s approved GX treatment plan.

Unrelated medical or dental services are not included.

Travel, lodging, meals, transportation, incidental expenses, and other personal costs are the responsibility of the recipient unless separately agreed to in writing.

All treatment requires appropriate informed consent and compliance with applicable medical and dental requirements.

GX Smile Transformation — Filming and Appearance Participation

The selected GX Smile Transformation recipient may be invited to participate in reasonable photography, video production, interviews, and follow-up appearances documenting their personal smile transformation journey. Any promotional participation will be governed by a separate written appearance agreement and, where applicable, a separate authorization for the use or disclosure of protected health information. The agreement may describe anticipated filming sessions, scheduling, approved uses of recordings and photographs, and any agreed promotional services. Participation in promotional activities will not require the recipient to provide favorable testimonials, make statements they do not believe, or misrepresent their treatment experience. Clinical treatment decisions will remain under the independent professional judgment of the treating dental team. Any required medical or dental care will not be conditioned on continued consent to optional promotional use of health information.

The GX Smile Transformation and the $25,000 GX Spokesperson Contract remain separate awards. One contestant may receive both awards, or the awards may be awarded to different contestants.

10. AWARD TWO — $25,000 GX SPOKESPERSON CONTRACT

One selected recipient will be offered a written GX spokesperson services agreement providing total contractual compensation of $25,000.

The opportunity may involve participation in:

  • National and regional advertising campaigns.
  • Television, streaming, and digital commercials.
  • Social media and online promotional productions.
  • Photography and video sessions.
  • Interviews and promotional appearances.
  • Other GX brand-related activities described in the written agreement.

The written agreement will specify the scope of services, deliverables, compensation schedule, production requirements, intellectual property and publicity rights, scheduling obligations, and other material contractual terms.

The $25,000 represents compensation for contracted promotional services and is not an unconditional cash payment.

Payment will be governed by the executed agreement.

The selected recipient must be legally eligible to perform the services and must execute the written agreement before compensation becomes payable.

If the selected recipient declines the agreement or cannot reasonably fulfill its requirements, Sponsor may select an alternate eligible finalist under the published selection criteria.

11. TWO SEPARATE AWARDS

The Contest provides two separate award opportunities.

The same contestant may receive both the GX Smile Transformation and the $25,000 GX Spokesperson Contract.

Alternatively, Sponsor may select two different recipients.

Winning one award does not automatically entitle a contestant to receive the other.

The spokesperson award does not require that the recipient undergo dental treatment.

The smile transformation award does not automatically create an employment or spokesperson relationship.

12. AWARD RECIPIENT ANNOUNCEMENT

The award recipients are scheduled to be announced on February 15, 2027.

Sponsor may announce recipients through the official Contest platform, NextGenSmiles.com, authorized GX social media channels, press releases, video productions, and other official communications.

Award selection remains subject to eligibility verification, completion of required documentation, clinical qualification where applicable, and execution of necessary agreements.

If an initially selected recipient is ineligible or declines an award, Sponsor may select an alternate recipient according to these Rules.

13. OFFICIAL CONTEST COMMUNICATIONS — EXCLUSIVE CONTACT POLICY

The sole authorized email address for all Contest-related inquiries and communications is:

Abuse and Misuse of Communication Channels

Repeatedly contacting unrelated company departments or employees after being directed to the official Contest email address may constitute disruptive conduct.

Abusive, threatening, harassing, excessive, repetitive, or intentionally disruptive communications are prohibited.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify contestants who abuse Contest communication procedures, harass staff, interfere with normal business operations, or engage in threatening or disruptive conduct.

This policy does not restrict legitimate patient care, legally protected communications, or other rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. CONTEST INTEGRITY AND DISQUALIFICATION

Sponsor reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Official Rules.

Grounds for disqualification include, without limitation:

  • False or misleading entry information.
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized multiple entries.
  • Manipulation of public voting.
  • Automated or purchased votes.
  • Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive conduct.
  • Interference with other contestants, judges, employees, or Contest operations.
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted or third-party content.
  • Material violations of submission requirements.
  • Abuse of official or unauthorized communication channels.
  • Failure to comply with reasonable eligibility or identity verification procedures.

Sponsor may reject entries, remove videos, invalidate fraudulent votes, revoke finalist status, or disqualify contestants when reasonably justified.

Such decisions will be made in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.

15. PUBLICITY AND VIDEO SUBMISSION RIGHTS

Contestants retain ownership of their original audition materials.

By submitting an entry, contestants grant Sponsor a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, display, distribute, publish, and reasonably edit submitted materials for the purpose of administering, promoting, documenting, and publicizing the Contest and its results.

Permitted edits may include formatting, cropping, captioning, and shortening materials for Contest-related presentations.

Sponsor may feature approved auditions on its websites, social media accounts, promotional materials, and Contest-related communications.

Contestants grant Sponsor permission to identify them by their submitted names and to display their approved Contest materials in connection with the Contest.

Broader commercial endorsements, advertising campaigns, or spokesperson services may require additional agreements or permissions.

Sponsor is not obligated to publish or use any particular submission.

16. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

Information collected through the Contest may be used for entry administration, identity verification, voting integrity, judging, communication, finalist selection, and award fulfillment. The Sponsor’s published privacy policy is available at [https://nextgensmiles.com/nexgen-smiles-privacy-policy/](https://nextgensmiles.com/nexgen-smiles-privacy-policy/).

Contestant information will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Sponsor’s published privacy practices.

Medical information collected during clinical screening will be handled separately under applicable healthcare privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Contest participation does not automatically constitute consent to unrelated promotional email or text communications where separate consent is legally required.

17. TECHNICAL ERRORS AND PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet interruptions, upload errors, corrupted files, software failures, platform outages, or communications delivery failures.

Sponsor may take reasonable corrective action to preserve fairness and Contest integrity.

ViralSweep provides the Contest administration platform but does not independently select or provide the GX awards.

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, X, Pinterest, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

18. SPONSOR’S RIGHT TO MODIFY, SUSPEND, POSTPONE, OR CANCEL

Sponsor expressly reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to modify, suspend, postpone, extend, terminate, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, when reasonably necessary.

Circumstances justifying such action may include:

  • Fraudulent entries or voting manipulation.
  • Technical failures or cybersecurity incidents.
  • Insufficient eligible participation.
  • Material administrative or operational difficulties.
  • Legal, regulatory, or professional compliance concerns.
  • Medical or clinical safety concerns.
  • Emergencies or events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control.
  • Circumstances that materially compromise Contest fairness, safety, integrity, or feasibility.

Sponsor may make reasonable adjustments to Contest procedures, deadlines, judging administration, and announcement dates when necessary.

Material changes will be communicated through the official Contest page or another appropriate official channel.

Sponsor will not retroactively alter scoring criteria for the purpose of favoring or disadvantaging a particular contestant.

Any cancellation, postponement, or modification will be administered in accordance with applicable law and binding obligations already incurred.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest without selecting award recipients when lawful grounds for cancellation exist.

19. TAXES AND ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Award recipients are responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes arising from their awards.

Sponsor may request a completed IRS Form W-9 or other legally required tax documentation and will issue applicable federal or state tax information returns when required. Reporting for a noncash treatment award may differ from reporting for payments made under the separate spokesperson services contract.

Expenses not expressly included in an award remain the recipient’s responsibility.

20. REGULATORY COMPLIANCE, REGISTRATION, BONDING, AND AWARD VALUATION

The Contest is designed and administered as a skill-based video audition competition using published evaluation criteria and verified public voting. Final award recipients are not selected by random drawing. The legal classification of the Contest, and any related registration or bonding requirements, is determined by applicable law rather than this description alone.

Sponsor will comply with applicable federal, state, and local contest and promotion laws, including any legally required registration, bonding, trust-account, filing, or disclosure requirements. No provision of these Rules represents that a particular filing or bond has already been completed.

Where legally necessary, Sponsor may exclude a jurisdiction or defer accepting entries from its residents until required compliance steps have been completed, provided that any restriction is clearly disclosed before affected residents enter. The published eligibility terms and Contest platform will be kept consistent.

The GX Smile Transformation has an estimated retail value of up to $60,000, with the actual treatment and corresponding value determined following clinical evaluation. The separate $25,000 spokesperson opportunity is contractual compensation for services, not an unconditional cash payment. The combined maximum advertised value of both opportunities is up to $85,000; any legally required prize-pool valuation, registration threshold, or tax reporting determination will be made under applicable law.

Sponsor may implement prospective administrative adjustments reasonably necessary to comply with law, subject to the modification provisions of these Rules and without unfairly altering published judging criteria.

21. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its authorized representatives are not responsible for losses arising from participation in the Contest or technical and administrative failures beyond their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or waives nonwaivable rights.

Medical and dental treatment is governed by separate clinical documentation, professional standards, and informed consent requirements.

22. GOVERNING LAW

The Contest is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of Nevada, except where mandatory laws of another jurisdiction apply.

Disputes concerning the Contest will be subject to courts of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable law and any separately executed enforceable agreement.

23. ACCEPTANCE OF OFFICIAL RULES

By submitting an entry, contestants acknowledge and agree that:

  • They have read and accepted these Official Rules.
  • They meet the published eligibility requirements.
  • They are responsible for the accuracy of their submissions.
  • Public voting accounts for 50% of the preliminary finalist-selection score.
  • GX judging accounts for the remaining 50%.
  • The ten finalists are selected using the combined preliminary scores.
  • Final award recipients are selected by the GX judging panel following additional evaluation.
  • The GX Smile Transformation requires clinical eligibility.
  • The spokesperson award requires a separate written services agreement.
  • Sponsor may disqualify contestants for material violations of these Rules.
  • Sponsor retains the cancellation and modification rights described in these Rules.
  • All Contest inquiries must be directed exclusively to [faceofgx@golpa.com](mailto:faceofgx@golpa.com).
